For one thing, the whole team including our client co-ordinators will really listen. Not while we’re doing something else, not when we can grab a minute; this is major part of our job. We won't just talk to you about the obvious (your teeth, your gums, your mouth in general), we might ask how you're feeling, whether you're getting head- or neck-ache, if you're sleeping well.

All this helps determine your treatment, whether routine, remedial or cosmetic. And even when your treatment’s over, no one hurries you out the door. Our full after-care service includes your own personalised care plan. And because we consider your wellbeing in the broadest sense, the time we take might include conversations about our cosmetic offering.
