The recent snow has caused chaos around the country but we are pleased to say that we remained open throughout and are immensely proud of our Team who made the effort to get in every day. We couldn’t run the business we do without them and would like to acknowledge publicly their valued contribution to Illume.

We would also like to say thank you to all the clients who were able to come and see us and that we understand the difficulties faced by all our clients who live in outlying places for whom travel was difficult

In December we had a great team training day at Hotel du Vin in Cheltenham.

The training day was followed by a chocolate making session with Hartley Events.  The idea was to encourage team building at the same time as having great fun. We certainly did this,as you can see on the photos. Ali was delighted that her team won – not that she is at all competitive!
