All our clients — children and adults alike — can now take advantage of Membership.
Joining entitles you to guaranteed access to our clinical team whenever you need it, to complementary regular dental care and to preferential rates for restorative care.
Once you've been through the simple sign-up procedure — paying either an annual fee or by monthly direct debit — you'll also benefit from supplementary insurance (as well as from the confidence that comes with the knowledge that your easy access to the very best care is now guaranteed).

How do I become a member?
Becoming a member is very simple. All you have to do is complete a registration form and Direct Debit mandate. Your membership privileges will be available to you immediately.
In addition there is a once only registration fee of £10.
We are happy to advise you on the level of membership that will best suit your needs. Membership numbers are limited so that we can maintain our standard of customer service.
How do I end my membership?
Membership is a 12 month commitment. If you wish to end your membership after that you can simply do so by giving us 2 months notice. If you choose to end your membership within the first 12 months you will be invoiced for the amount of any discounts received.

A typical preventive programme would include:
- An annual Healthy Mouth Review with your dentist together with a hygienist appointment. The hygiene visit will include
- a diet / lifestyle check and diet advice
- oral care advice including a review of brushing habits and techniques
- disclosing, plaque testing and a scale and polish
- A further hygienist appointment six months later to include
- a review of the above designed preventive programme
- a scale and polish
We are confident that our child members will remain free of fillings providing they follow their preventive programme. In the unfortunate event of needing a filling we will provide the first filling per year in tooth-coloured materials at no charge.
We strongly recommend the use of sports mouth guards and offer a range of attractive styles and colours for which Child Members Fees apply.
Membership for children is available for all children up to the age of 18 years. Pre-school children will be seen at no fee if their parents are members of Illume (but please be aware that they will not be covered by Supplementary Insurance).
